• You will not use the Finextra Communities Website in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Finextra Research Ltd. Commercial advertisements and other forms of solicitation or reported harassment of other members – via your blog, comment postings or the Finextra Communities messaging system - may result in termination of membership.

Finextra Research Ltd reserves the right to delete any blogs, postings or comments that in the sole judgement of Finextra research Ltd violates this agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person.

Finextra Research Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership and/or modify or withdraw the Finextra Communities Web service at any time with or without notice to members.

Finextra Research Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy or veracity of content posted on the Finextra Communities Website, or for the content, accuracy and opinions expressed on links to third party sites. Links to third party sites are in no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by Finextra Research Ltd. Inclusion of any linked Website on the Finextra Communities service does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked Website by Finextra Research Ltd.
